We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Interact with people and know their area of expertise
  • Communicating with locals to understand the business potential in the area
  • Ensure steady growth of the company by partnering with more merchants
  • Planning and implementing strategies to attract Merchant and customers
  • Co-ordinate daily with customer service operations
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

Requirement & Skills
  • Candidate with at least 2+ years of Business Development/sales experience and minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • Strong interest in the Home decor, elective healthcare (i.e. treatments not covered by insurance) and education industries
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Candidate must be a graduate.
