RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Able to take Site Measurements

· Thorough material knowledge and prevailing market rates

· Must have vendor/contractor database to carry out work at the site.

· Must be able to read and understand Auto-cad drawings.

· Site requirement and material management.

· Be accountable for Project Results.

· Resolve issues at the site.

· Vendor/ contractor management.

· Verification of Quality of material before receiving from client or vendors

· Day to day activity coordination at site

· Undertake design project from start to completion of the project

· Supervise work progress and quality check of finishing work, getting work completed on time through contractors and labourers to handle stock requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 7-10 years experience as site supervisor in the residential construction industry

· Knowledge of civil construction work specially interior works and quality management

· Should be active.

· Experience in supervising civil-interior projects

· Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings

· Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
