Duties and Responsibilities For Client Associate s
  • Lead Generation for the sales team (office-based job).
  • Understanding client profile offering appropriate financial solutions over the phone..
  • Maintaining follow ups client details.
  • Reporting daily appointments to the Team Leader.
  • Having post sales relationship with the client giving him periodical loan top ups as his
  • requirement.
  • Updating all your client s/prospects about the new loan products launched from time to time
  • getting further business from the client s.
