Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Executive at Vulcan Insurance. The Client Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and providing sales and consulting support to clients. The role will involve daily interactions with clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer satisfaction and communication skills
  • Experience in account management
  • Knowledge of sales and consulting
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus point.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream or field.
