Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Associate located in Rajasthan with some work from home flexibility. The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with new clients, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service.

Should be comfortable in visiting In & Around Rajasthan to represent the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills
  • Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Relationship building skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
