Cluster Head - MHL

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for sales of LAP/Mortgage loans in the assigned Branch, responsibilities to Business Loan/ Mortgage Loan , Lap, Gold Loan etc.
Ensure the monthly targets are achieved Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams
Follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organization in 100% of the cases
Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and stickiness to the Bank. Be a team player
Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity
Team Handling

Graduate
5to 7 years exp. of sales in LAP/Mortgage loans
