Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Cluster Profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship Management.
Own all branch banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
Ensure achievement of overall Cluster Targets by generating business and cross sale.
Key customer Relationship Management & Supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs.
Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design Complaints Handling.
Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level for entire Cluster
Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.
Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff.
Maintaining the relationship with support business channel and functional department.
Managing CA Acquisition and portfolio of the entire cluster
Manpower hiring & ensuring productivity.
Contribution of Self-Sourcing on the overall business as well as income generation products like Assets, Forex, Mutual Fund, Insurance & other liability products.
