The Quality Data Analyst will utilize various data sources within CNH Industrial and suppliers to develop insights and meaningful information to identify and stratify product problems into categories such as Design, Manufacturing or Supplier Related.

Establish prioritization schemes for issues and present the results with state of the art visualization techniques

Estimate the impact of problem resolution on failure rates and warranty costs to support Roadmap development and management.

Update the analysis and prioritization on agreed upon intervals.

• Analyze telematics data on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to improve designs, understand mission profile, and any other relevant information.
• This position is also expected to work with Cross Functional team members from Quality, Advanced Reliability, SQE, and Assembly Plants to gather data .
• Experience
• 5 years experience in Data Analysis in Automotive or Heavy Equipment’s Industry
• Able to work with employees from many different disciplines globally
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools and Software (Minitab /SAS/ Matlab/R, Python etc.), and able to integrate data and analysis across tools.
• Proficiency in Multivariate Statistical Analysis
• Experience in working with large, and small data sets.
• 7 years’ experience in Data Analysis in Automotive ,AG CE or Heavy Equipment’s Industry for sr
• Incumbent should have experience to integrate diverse data flow channels like inputs from Warranty , Machine Telematics streams, Product Support, Mange etc and have ability to bring out key trends ; deviations , observations to help multiple functions to draw useful insights
• Expert in statistical analysis tools and Software (Minitab /SAS )
• Exp from Automotive & passenger car domain will also be useful
• Work with design engineer for data analysis
• Expert in Statistical Analysis
• Experience in working with large, and small data sets.

Role

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Statistics, Data Science at a minimum
• Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Data Science is a plus
• Six Sigma GB /BB Certification is desirable
• Experience in Hydraulics preferred
