Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Standalone and consolidated financial statements and notes on accounts
  • Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors
  • Tracking related party transactions and circulate periodic updates
  • Compiling data for submission of data to holding companies
  • Preparation of required data related to Financials for Board meeting
  • Monitoring Internal Audit query resolution.


Skills -Knowledge of preparation of Financial Statements. Analytical Skills, Good Knowledge of Internal Financial Controls and Basic Knowledge of GST.

’- Proficient in excel spreadsheets, MS-Word and powerpoint

- Working experience of SAP


Experience- 3 to 5 years


Educational Qualification - CA
