Roles and Responsibilities

To practice evidence based medicine.
To aware regarding patient {Investigation-(profile/reports/plan)} {Treatment-(details/drug procurement)} {Drug allergies/patient history}
To provide quality clinical care to patients.
To ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the IP patient.
To ensure that IP rounds are duly done and the patients are attended empathetically
To ensure clear and prompt communication with the admitting as well as Referral Consultants.
To complete all OP & IP records on time with accuracy.
To take part in all regular CMEs.
To ensure emergency preparedness & Response treatment /Procedure/Investigations.
To ensure that ethical medical practice is followed.
To Compliance with patient protocols(OPIP/OT/Diagnostics/ICU/Traiage)
To document patient file/Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/complete).
To ensure Documentation at the time of Discharge.
To build up good ethical medical practice which will contribute in revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Handling of all Emergencies / ICU and ward patients under the guidance of respective Consultants.
Ensure 100% updation and maintenance of Medical Record Documents of Emergency/Ward/MLC/OP/IP patients.
Clear communication with patients, hospital staff and other consultants.
Major negative patient feedback less than 2 years.

Experience : Minimum 1 years of post PG experience.

Minimum Qualifications :MBBS + M.D. (Medicine)

Technical Skills : Computer literate, Fluent with relevant equipment handling

Behavioral Skills : Training capability, Contingency Management.

Language Skills : English, Hindi
