Work you’ll do

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the following activities within the firm need to be performed:

• Understand Workday Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes, in relation to client’s existing configuration.
• Managing project financials, accounts, invoicing
• Ability to play Integration SME role to various Workday Implementation and AMS projects.

Qualifications / Skill

• Must be certified in Workday Integration, Studio etc
• Should have a minimum of 12 -15 Years of experience in technical track including workday.
• Ability to autonomously lead the entire workday implementation or support project.
• Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectation.
