Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a member of the SCRUM team, responsible for the execution and building of content deliverables in our different CMS platforms (WCS and Sharepoint) as content is delivered from our Content Strategy team and marketing and communications departments
  • Overseeing content entry tasks on project-level initiatives and lights-on maintenance requests
  • Advising internal business partners on best-practices for submitting and completing content requests
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Communications to ensure completion of requested content change requests and projects
  • Partnering with User Experience Design team members to elevate and optimize content
  • Aligning with SEO standards and execution strategies
  • Contributing to a core digital content center of excellence
  • Partners with IT and content owners to ensure site complies with Web standards and style guidelines.
  • Executes both project-level content builds and maintenance change requests. Must have ability to stay organized to balance work from both work streams and alert
  • Ensures the site is fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and standards and guidelines.
  • Provides training to internal and external Web site users.
  • Works with Web designer to execute appropriate look and feel for company Web site(s).
  • Ensures that business needs are understood in order to make appropriate web content, content placement, and navigation decisions.
  • Ensures that the content management system meets the customers needs; communicate enhancement requests and work with IT to complete and test.
