EY GDS Content Services Center of Excellence is a fast-growing team of talented copywriters, editors, content strategists, thought leadership writers and editorial managers. People in the team provide support for key global EY publications and campaigns.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills and significant experience working on copywriting projects for a range of platforms and audiences. As team player in a multi-disciplinary team, you will create engaging and inspiring content and demonstrate aptitude for visualization and art direction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create external and internal B2B content, including newsletters, mailers, EY news articles, videos, posters, flyers, and brochures
  • Edit content to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with EY’s purpose and editorial strategy
  • Repurpose content to meet the needs of the readership
  • Provide copywriting support for high-visibility EY programs and campaigns
  • Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content
  • Liaise with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects
  • Ensure the content is compliant with EY legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that content and design complement each other
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest quality deliverables
  • Manage multiple creative projects
  • Skills and attributes for success Adept in creating engaging, inspiring and persuasive B2B content Ability to understand and articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style Ability to tell stories that inspire action Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Deft in writing, editing and has a way with words Ability to think visually and blend copy and creative to create impactful, cohesive outputs Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:
  • Creative agency, advertising or Big Four experience
  • Knowledge in Project Management tools and methods
