Overview:

PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,700 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Responsibilities:
Your day to day role would involve the following activities:
  • User interactions and Requirement Analysis,
  • Obtaining quotes, negotiation with vendor and preparation of CS.
  • Vendor evaluation and recommendation
  • Working on SAP, PO creation, tracking and MIS reports
  • Support department for legal agreements with vendors
  • Follow up with the vendors to receive the right quality material in time.
  • To follow up till the material delivery and final settlement of payment to vendor, Ensure proper closure of work orders.
  • Ensuring proper documentation as per company’s policies and procedure.
  • Organize various necessary documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly procured data, update procurement tracker.
  • Conducting Purchase Order review
  • Coordination with internal departments to fulfil procurement compliance.
  • Coordination with Approvers for legal agreement & PO.
Qualifications:
