Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
As Kyndryl India Transport Contract Management focal, you will be accountable for all elements of contract management program at all IBM locations (Pan India) for Transport & Security including response centres; and you will provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders as required. Responsible for preparing scope of work for contract and driving RFP negotiations along with procurement ensuring supplier partner meet the corporate Security/Transport/ Legal standard in line with contract. Budgeting for the program, ensure contract management program is audit ready, developing plans to mitigate gaps if any and maintaining working relationship with Industry peers. The role requires close engagement & collaboration with diverse internal ( procurement, legal, ERLR, BU, Transport & Security team) and external Supplier teams.

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities include
  • Engage with supplier partners and drive them for delivery to meet corporate standard and contract obligations
  • Run regular monthly supplier SLA/ performance review meeting with internal stakeholders including procurement and supplier to evaluate supplier monthly performance ( based on defined supplier review SLA scorecard/ SLA matrix)
  • Work closely with finance and internal business team to support Budget forecasting, seek finance approval and get Purchase orders released prior commencement of operations on monthly/ quarterly/annual basis & also monitor expense to meet target.
  • Timely and accurate closure of Supplier billing as per billing process, validation of invoice and generate MIS
  • Engage with Pan India IBM team , gather information and provide support from Supplier on key strategic areas to further improve Operational Efficiency
  • Generate MIS report for management review and any other support
  • Ensure contract management program is audit ready by following the approved process and with proper documentation
  • Support management in developing scope of work, drive RFP process along with Procurement
  • Engage with stake holders and develop process document




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Candidates with 7+ years of professional experience are preferred including previous experience of 3-5 years in vendor management/ supplier interfacing role (preferable)
  • Min. 3yrs Degree (Any stream)
  • Ability to understand relevant laws, rules and regulations relating to the Transport Department
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, follow-up to ensure tasks are thoroughly completed and can be counted on to meet commitments.
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks & priorities with a strong attention to detail and maintain Integrity
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence parties to arrive at common decision
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills with ability to understand perspective of different stakeholders and come up with a workable solution
  • Flexibility in schedule as needed to supported business demands such as month end/Quarter-End close
  • Team player comfortable working cross functionally both with In and Out of the department with all-inclusive mind set and with an ability to give and take help from diverse team members
  • Strong documentation skills with ability to organize and maintain evidence artefact for audit support.
