Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Collaborate with the Lead Techno-Commercial to develop and manage contracts, tenders, RfPs, and RfQs specific to healthcare projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors and consultants, ensuring clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the entire contracting process, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to healthcare project contracts.

Special Skills :-

• Experience in contract management, with a focus on healthcare projects being an added advantage.
• Expertise in preparing contracts, tenders, RfPs, and RfQs for contractors and consultants.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective contract discussions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards in healthcare construction projects.

Essential Area :-

• Proven track record of managing contracts for construction projects, with specific experience in healthcare being an added advantage.
• Successful preparation of tenders, RfPs, and RfQs for contractors and consultants.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management processes, risk assessment, and compliance.

• Collaborate with the Lead Techno-Commercial to develop and manage contracts, tenders, RfPs, and RfQs, ensuring efficient project execution and compliance.
• Streamlined contracting processes, successful negotiations, and compliance with industry standards, contributing to the overall success of healthcare or equivalent construction projects.
