  • Be aware of the vision, both strategic and business, as set out by the founding team and creative head
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competition landscape and consumer needs and work on a plan towards the actualization of new strategic opportunities
  • Follow the processes and procedures to meet the pre-aligned goals and objectives
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies with an adequate understanding of the business to ensure the best output
  • Deliver multi-platform, multi-channel campaigns that meet the client and company objectives
  • Write compelling marketing and promotional materials for a wide variety of products/services/clients as per the business requirements
  • Drive conceptual thinking and execution, ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels
  • Follow and create brand guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touch points
  • Help to define the communication and brand standards for the copy being written
  • Work in tandem with the creative/art team (graphic designers/motion graphic designers/Illustrators/etc.) to curate campaigns and ensure that copy/content is in sync and of the desired quality
  • Execute stellar communication and presentation skills following the standard of the organization
