Job Description

    Hi ,

    We have an oening of Corporate Finance Manager in a leading listed Telecom comapny in Gurgaon

    Educational Qualifications - MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant/ CWA.

    Experience-6-10Yrs in Corporate manufacturing comapny only


    Job role;

    a. Supplier Site mapping:
    b. First time code creation:
    i. Collates documents (some data is provided by user). Forward to tax team for approval taken for TDS. CFH approval taken for the same.
    ii. Share the approvals with user. User attaches the approval on workflow for creation.
    iii. MDM team (corporate) approval taken finally for creation.

    Extracts dump from Property Manager, bifurcates the data into GST and non- GST landlords and Rent reduction. Non-GST landlord related data is processed as a batch through Property Manager for payment. GST is processed basis physical invoices received. Rent reduction is prepared separately.

    a. Schedules are run to import the data from Property Manager to ERP.

    b. Payments gets picked up as per the due date.

    c. Wrapper is run on a daily basis and payments are uploaded on bank Portal.

    d. Authorization by CFH and circle CEO.
    e. No physical movement of documents to the banks.
    f. Majority payments are online. Some cheque and DD payments are being made.

    . Rent provisioning is a little complex due to impact of IAS 116.

    95% is based on inputs in Property Manager. Rest 5% requires judgement.
    b. Specific format exists for performing the activity.

    c. Prepaid, accrual, advance, security deposit

    All MIS related to RentalPayments/Compliances/Open Recoveries etc.

    Audits-Internal & Statutory/IFC

    Tax Assessments
