Job Role:

  • Acquiring new corporate and sourcing salary account individually as well as through the mapped branch team of a zone
  • Nurture the existing relationship and deepen the relationship further and meet the business budgets for Acquisitions and overall book

· Work on activating all branches mapped

  • Work closely with the TASC-GB Territory managers and empanel Govt business for Salary
  • Ensuring that the targets on Number of accounts and Salary credit are met
  • Work with the branches and facilitate periodic salary credit
  • Train the team on Salary upload, sharing regular new account opening update with Corporate and teach them to track Salary credit of all accounts opened
  • X sell product sourcing as per defined SOP

Job Requirements:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Knowledge of concerned geography corporate Markets and Industries in the area location

· Complete knowledge of saving bank account

· Good communication skill and having capacity to discuss with senior officials

· Knowledge of KYC for opening saving account

· Well verse with Kotak network in terms of branch and ATM

· Competitor’s updated information

· Well verse with local language and ability to make presentation to Corporate

· Drive for Results

· Ability to work for multiple products

· Having good contacts locally to ensure adequate sourcing of proposals

· Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner

· Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker

· Having own conveyance (Two wheeler preferable)
