As a Training Counselor, you will be pivotal in guiding students through their educational and career paths in the IT sector. You will work directly with students to assess their academic and career interests, providing expert advice on course selection, career planning, and job placement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to understand each student’s career aspirations and educational background.
• Advise students on appropriate course selection based on their career goals and academic strengths.
• Assist in developing personalized training programs tailored to student needs.
• Maintain regular follow-up with students to monitor their progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Work closely with the training faculty to ensure that course offerings align with industry requirements and student expectations.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars aimed at skill enhancement.
• Provide support and guidance to students during the job placement process.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and demands in the IT industry to advise students effectively.
• Collaborate with industry partners to secure placement opportunities for graduates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in counseling, career guidance, or a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and current job market trends.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide motivational support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using educational and office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
