Roles and Responsibilities


  • Career Counselling
  • Following up on leads/ provided by Marketing team
  • Counselling prospective students/clients on various corporate training courses.
  • Recording feedback and contact details of each inquiry
  • Giving feedback about the inquiries to the manager
  • Making the inquiry & admission related daily reports
  • Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins
  • Talking & recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, pleasant personality
  • Experience in calling/indirect/ counselling/ sales is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

INR 9000 - INR 12000 (Negotiable) + Monthly incentives.
