Roles And Responsibilities

Student Onboarding: You will be responsible for bringing students onboard our platform, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring a smooth start to their Qollabb journey.
Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one guidance to students from day one, addressing their queries, and concerns, and assisting them throughout their engagement with Qollabb.
Query Resolution: Proactively resolve student queries, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform and its offerings.
Project Evaluation: Encourage students to get their projects evaluated and motivate them to propose for the Certificate of Completion, enhancing their credibility and skills recognition.

Qualifications

Freshers based out in Faridabad or nearby locations only.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills are essential to engage with students and provide them with clear guidance.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial, ensuring accurate and comprehensive support to students.
Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to different situations and student needs.
Conviction Skills: Strong convincing skills to motivate students to participate actively and benefit from Qollabb’s offerings.
