Description

  • Manage the CRM database ie update/delete/add contact records
  • Support digital campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Provision of accurate and timely report creation to commercial functions to guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain scorecards / dashboards within the commercial organization.
  • Ensure appropriate training for new and existing employees in the use of CRM databases.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries from internal and external customers and provide appropriate outcomes.
  • Maintain full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and any other control requirements.
  • Actively participate and provide solutions for continuous improvement and productivity across the organization.
  • Support Commercial Effectiveness initiatives ie Complaints handling, online training.
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies in regards to EH&S.
  • Champion best practice in governance, risk management and compliance framework to safeguard organisational integrity.
  • Any additional duties as reasonably requested.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years of work experience in customer relationship building.
  • Worked on Salesforce.com or any other CRM tool will be an added advantage
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Data analysis and reporting using excel and presentation.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Proactive approach
  • Good team player , work with diverse group of people
