Role purpose

This role would report into the Business Management team within the CRM function. Objective of this role is to design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions.

Key accountabilities

• Acquire data from different data source.

• Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs.

• Interpret data, analyse results and create dashboards, KPIs.

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency,

data quality and data integrity.

• Create and maintain business processes including databases and reporting procedures

• Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies

• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Train users in the operations and scheduling of reports with standards.

Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)

• Timely delivery of reports / tasks as per the agreed plan.
• Accuracy in performing given tasks which will be validated on basis of customer and manager feedback
• Identification and timely escalation of potential issues to Manager.

Role specific requirements

Skills & Experience

• Degree certification in Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics (preferable Multi Variable Calculus and Linear Algebra)
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development,

data mining and segmentation techniques

• Data Visualisation and Intuition
• Working knowledge of Predictive Analysis (knowledge of HADOOP platform)
• Knowledge on SPSS Tools for Regression (ability to run multiple stimulations at the same time)
• Machine learning and Artificial intelligence proficient
• Knowledge of Programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle, R and Python
• The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
• A methodical and logical approach towards assigned activities
• Web Programming Skills (Backend & Frontend) and ETL frameworks
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting services, databases

(i.e. SQL), programming (VBA, JavaScript, JavaScript, JQuery,

HTML,CSS, Web Programming Skills (Backend & Frontend)

and ETL frameworks)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and

disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and

accuracy

• Able to convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications.
• Functional Knowledge in Xtrac, Remedy, BI &BO would be preferred.
• Should have exposure in creating reporting models and frameworks.
• RPA experience (preferred)
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Should have exposure in creating reporting models and frameworks
• Experience in setting up/modifying reports because of system changes.
• Understand Business scenarios on organisation level
• Experience of reporting and developing automated solution in Excel/Business Objects/Microsoft products etc.
• Takes initiative to keep self-skills up to date and actively contributes to team knowledge sharing.
