**CTO/Co-Founder

We are looking for a Co-founder for our sister startup Tecnod8 which is incubated at IIT Mandi.

This is a equity only position, you will not get fixed salary in the beginning.

As the CTO and Co-Founder you will be a driving force behind our technology strategy and execution. This is an opportunity to shape the future of industrial training and help build a world-class platform that empowers the next generation of innovators.

**Responsibilities:**

- Architecting and implementing the software platform that will drive metaverse of simulated factories.

- Collaborating closely with founder to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

- Guiding the team in choosing the right tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with our mission and scalability requirements.

- Overseeing the development of interactive content generation, leveraging AI ensuring seamless user interactions within the virtual environment.

- Leading the technical team, including hiring, mentoring, and ensuring continuous professional growth.

- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in metaverse development, AI, industrial automation, and other relevant areas to keep us at the forefront of innovation.

**Qualifications:**

- Engineer with Strong technical background with a focus on software development, AI, and metaverse technologies.

- Experience in Unity development, with a keen understanding of creating realistic industrial simulations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to innovate and grow a startup from the ground up.
