We are looking for an intelligent and experienced customer care agent to join our expanding customer services team. The candidate should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Hindi.

Office work - Answer the call of customer and chat.

Maintain the issues related to Auction module and taking necessary steps to get resolution of the same

Good understanding of the Market.

Site visits to customers for problem solving.

Strong inter-personal and communication skills

Provide direct technical support to customers and our sales channels.

Strong knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools.

Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
