Sr. Customer Service Representative _Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities and coordinate customer requirements;

Understand and input customer demand;

Solve customer supply chain issues to ease deliveries requirements;

Give feedback and maintain a clear and efficient communication flow between Customers and Firmenich;

Understand and take ownership of customer constraints to continuously improve Firmenich service levels.

Open, follow up and close relevant customers’ non conformities

Participates in Demand Planning reviews and works closely with the Demand planning and commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy, Highlight, propose and follow up potential action plans;

Communicate with commercial on potential commercial issues and required actions

Organize Visit for major clients with adequate business review, performance review and inventory of existing consignment stock.

Documentation with client for import and export for custom clearance

MIS, Analysis etc.

We value:
5-8 years Customer Service and/or Commercial and/or Purchasing Experience.

SAP preferred

Planning & organizing experience preferred.

Excellent team player, who Contribute to team success.

Fluent communication and General computer literacy
