Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and call for purchase verification.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Must have worked with International Voice Process
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Fluent English Communication is a must.

  • Night Shifts
  • Only Females
  • Non-Technical Support Background only and Inbound Sales process in the previous company
  • International BPO experience preferred
  • Immediate Joiner within a week
