Job Role For Customer Support Executive
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across Google Play Store and our website.
- Respond to the user queries and maintaining the brand reputation
- Should be able to answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action for each call and ensuring there are no escalations on the service provided.
- Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.
- Follow up customer calls made wherever and whenever is necessary
- Good English & Hindi Speaking & Writing skills.
- Good Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
Job Role for Marketing Executive
- Develop, manage & build relationships with vendors.
- Excellent English & Hindi Speaking & Writing skills (without any grammatical errors).
- Good Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social media marketing, Internet marketing would be an added advantage
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Analyze the market Trend and promote our Product
