Job Role For Customer Support Executive

  • Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across Google Play Store and our website.
  • Respond to the user queries and maintaining the brand reputation
  • Should be able to answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action for each call and ensuring there are no escalations on the service provided.
  • Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.
  • Follow up customer calls made wherever and whenever is necessary
  • Good English & Hindi Speaking & Writing skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.

Job Role for Marketing Executive

  • Develop, manage & build relationships with vendors.
  • Excellent English & Hindi Speaking & Writing skills (without any grammatical errors).
  • Good Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social media marketing, Internet marketing would be an added advantage
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Analyze the market Trend and promote our Product
