Job Description :
- To make the idea of excellent customer service seem less nebulous and more attainable
- To build trust, maintain long term relationships with the customers and operate as the point of contact
- To conduct calls to existing customers and enquire about utilization of the product
- To resolve the customers queries by providing correct product information via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Preferred skills :
1. Fluent communication in English & Hindi.
2. Relevant experience in Tele-calling, Sales & Marketing.
3. Strong convincing skills.
4. Patience to handle conversations
