The profile requires a candidate who can handle inbound queries from Ketto’s customers through social media and other digital platforms

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound queries from Ketto’s customers through social media and other digital platforms
  • Conduct surveys and get customer feedback over call and email
  • Support the customer support team with miscellaneous daily operations
  • Update daily reports

Eligibility

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Multi-tasking ability - You can efficiently prioritize and quickly resolve multiple queries.
Desire to learn - You’re a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
