Job Description

JD CEO Communications Manager

The candidate will develop and drive a comprehensive and programmatic internal and external communications strategy that educates, informs, connects, and inspires global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be an energetic self-starter who brings a creative storytelling sensibility to every project. They must also have a strong track record in producing high-quality, crisp messaging and presentations for senior executives, a demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information, exemplary organizational skills, and an uncompromising eye for quality and detail while working on several projects simultaneously. This candidate will join a passionate team of communicators who curate content every day and are dedicated to delivering best-in-class messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and drive the CEO s overall internal and external communications strategy that supports the company s business strategy, mission, vision and values
  • Partner with the CEO office, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a programmatic approach to CEO communications
  • Support of public speaking engagements, both internal and external
  • Create innovative ways to communicate that inform and engage a diverse, global stakeholder base
  • Development and refinement of CEO tone of voice and thought leadership areas [content and subject matter] including how these relate to the Cyient master brand and specific issue areas such as gender and equality
  • Collaborate daily with the CEO and provide communication advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style
  • Create communications on behalf of the CEO, including messaging for global all-employee meetings, organization announcements, videos, presentations, social media, PR etc.
  • Clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations that will work for a wide variety of audiences
  • Maintain brand voice and strengthen Cyient’s culture and values in communications efforts across the organization
  • Establish and track metrics for example link employee communications programs to employee productivity, satisfaction and organization performance
  • Maintain good judgment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Work with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differences
  • Assist with other communication efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years’ experience, which includes designing, building, and implementing comprehensive executive communication programs that use a variety of methods and media
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner who proactively owns the role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The role will report into CMO.
