The ideal candidate will have experience in data programming languages (SQL, Hive, Python/R)& data visualization tools (Tableau, advanced excel, VBA)partner with strategy and operations team and partnerships leadership team to drive sound decisions, strategic planning and operational •

Location - Gurgaon.

Contract - 12 months

Job description:

• Design and execute on standard cadence of operations (e.g., analytics on quarterly /annual target setting, forecasting, revenue and operational KPI reviews, key reviews) to inform management with actionable improvement opportunities

• Analyse large volumes of data and identify trends to proactively deliver insights into setting goals, performance around critical business metrics, and suggest improvements.

Strategic Projects/Initiatives:

• Perform root cause analyses on key problem areas and come up with innovative ideas to mitigate risk and drive growth for partnerships business growth, in key business areas

• Develop frameworks and advanced analytical business models for account selection, annual planning etc

• Serve as a data expert to successfully support operational needs of various strategic programs

• Ability to lead problem solution on new growth opportunities for the business or specific products, through in-depth analysis, collaboration with different teams to build/ contextualize hypotheses and proactive automation ideas which can provide deeper insight into opportunity areas

Skills/Experience required:

• BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Business Administration, or closely related, or foreign equivalent.

• 3+ years hands-on experience in business intelligence and data warehousing.

• 3+ years hands-on experience in SQL(mandate) or similar languages. Development experience on large data sets and in at least one scripting language (Python preferred) is a plus.

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Tableau(mandate) and/or Microstrategy, Power BI, QlikView (good to have) is required.

• Strong data architecture, data modeling, schema design and effective project management skills.
