Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for a data analytics manager to join our growing team of data analytics experts. The responsibility will be to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.

The Analytics Manager will work closely with leaders across commercial, services, finance & quality functions to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.

The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.

Responsibilities

• The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise data analyst-level employees.
• Hands-on work and delivery of Advanced analytics/ML/AI projects
• Strong expertise in Designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Spotfire for data driven decisions.
• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
• Work with individual responsibility on analytical projects/requests, drafting new SQL queries on cloud-based databases like Redshift

Qualification:

• BE/B- Tech, MCA, MBA

• Strong ability to build dashboards using tools like Spotfire
• Working knowledge of data science principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
• Knowledge of Python, R and SQL; ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
• Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over Redshift. Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Should have handled complexity around visualization or data.
• Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
• Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
• Good people and customer handling skills.
• Experience in Healthcare industry would be good to have
