Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Jammu. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with Job Alerts’ clients. The day-to-day tasks will include responding to client inquiries and concerns, identifying opportunities for upselling, and tracking account performance.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Marketing or Business-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
