• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor cash flows, budget variances, and financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
• Coordinate and prepare tax-related documents, working closely with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software and systems.
• Research and interpret accounting regulations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance business processes and financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with a proven track record in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [specific software/system names] is an advantage.
