We are hiring Security & Admin Officer for renowned Steel & Mining Company with Expertise in Security and Administrative Operations.

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager

Qualification: MBA with CSO Certification

Salary: CTC 12 - 14 Lacs per annum (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational continuity by providing round the clock Security management of plant & Mining.
  • Develop & maintain cordial relationship with key stake holders including Govt officials, key opinion makers of surrounding community etc.
  • Develop & maintain seamless intelligence & vigilance setwork to continuously scan the internal & external environment and obtain actionable inputs to ensure peaceful continuity to plant operations.
  • Overall responsibility for security duties, responsibilities and obligations of the company including direction, strategic development, performance, and maintenance.
  • Facilitate in planning & conduct various functions / events being organized by co.

Functional Experience:

  • The candidate should be willing to relocate to stay and operate in a cross – functional multi – tasking role.
  • He should be a highly process-oriented team member willing to operate in a manufacturing environment and be capable of ensuring peaceful continuity of plant operations through functional experiences as under:

Experience:

  • 10 - 15 years with prior commissioned service.
  • 15 years in Defense / Para Military Forces.
  • Having Experience on Officer Rank Required.

Age not more than 48 years.

Joining with in 15 - 30 days preferred.

Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
