Roles and Responsibilities

Qualification required - M.Sc.in Agriculture

Experience required - Minimum 4 yrs+ in Bio Pesticides / Fertilizers industry.

Company - A highly reputed Bio Fertilizers, Crop Pesticides, Soil Health Management Product manufacturing company.

Position - Agronomist

Location -Pune/Ahmed Nagar, Nasik, Aurangabad, Sangli.

Responsibilities:

Work in the geographies assigned to the Business Unit (BU)
Technical support in Market Development Strategy which includes New product launch and Market promotion strategy, Extension services and Brand promotion campaign, Crop and Market Potential Assessment, Web based system development.
Identify Districts to focus should be strictly within the assigned geographies unless otherwise identified
Identify opportunities based on the crop patterns and Govt regulations based on the product mix available
Map all the crops by Tahsil / Taluka in each of these district and across the states.
Conduct Farmer / Dealers meetings
Technical training to Sales and Marketing teams, Dealers and distributors, Farmers and farmers producers groups/company
