We are Hiring for the jobs for the position of Air Ticketing / Ground Staff / Cabin Crew / Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities Welcome passengers on board and directing them to their seats. Providing Information and safety procedures to the passengers Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight Serving meals and refreshments; Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination; Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Providing advice on KYC requirements and assisting clients and account managers through the account opening process.
  • Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Following up with clients on required documentation and escalating to the appropriate Account Managers where necessary.
  • Identifying discrepancies and escalating higher risk matters to the Compliance team.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
