Supports and implements the actions in alignment with business requirements/strategy, Welfare initiatives to support the respective Business/People.
  • Support local implementation of effective HR programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change) which are derived from the people strategy on global level.
  • Advises business management regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues, based on local regulations
  • Discusses and sorts out workforce demands
  • Drives implementation of the local people strategy in consultation with HR hierarchy and derives appropriate actions for local HR strategy.
  • Conformance to the processes laid down by the organization on people related topics.
  • Guides managers on employee relations
  • Collaborate with business to ensure the availability of manpower, control attrition and minimize absenteeism to support business continuity without any impediments.
  • Develop and implement actions in consultation with Business & HR for culture building, internal leadership development for the employees
  • Plays a Pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining a congenial and positive Industrial Relations climate
  • Required qualifications and experience for the right candidate
  • Full-time min. 3 year Bachelor’s degree awarded by any recognized University and
  • A degree or diploma, of two years duration in Industrial relations and Personnel management including Labour welfare as one of the subjects in the curriculum conducted or recognized by a University of the state of Andhra Pradesh and
  • Written and spoken knowledge of Telugu language
  • Hands-on experience of 4 – 6 years in medium / large sized manufacturing organizations
  • Able to relocate to Nellore, AP.
  • Plays a Pivotal role and drives an Employee Welfare oriented organization in line with and as contemplated under various statutes in vogue
