Job Description:

  • As a part of our global talent acquisition team, one will provide a valuable contribution towards building a robust talent acquisition function
  • One will search, connect, screen, conduct assessments, and maintain a consistent pipeline of a qualified talent pool having the potential to be converted into hires for open roles at Tech Mahindra
  • One will establish regular connect and nurture relationships with the prospective talent by effective and clear communication whereby delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and promote Tech Mahindra employer branding as an ambassador

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently search, source, screen, offer, and onboard high-quality talent from various channels.
  • Work closely with hiring manager/delivery leaders to understand talent needs and work towards timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and own the end-to-end hiring activities.
  • Be an SME and ambassador on Talent Acquisition-related policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Ensure information capture in recruitment systems consistently and in a timely manner, for accurate reporting of key metrics.
  • Take ownership and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities.
  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate all recruitment related activities
  • Handle ad hoc events such as career fairs and recruitment drives

Basic Qualification:

  • Confident and willing to engage with a globally distributed and diverse talent.
  • Relevant years of experience as a recruiter, understanding of technical roles, and technology talent-hiring experience are mandatory
  • Willingness to take targets of daily submissions and monthly hires
  • Good understanding and experience with active and passive sourcing techniques and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively hiring managers/client contact/agencies
  • A genuine interest in technology trends, a very good understanding of the IT landscape, and emerging technical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Highly organized and uphold high levels of integrity
