We are looking for a high-performing ASM to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Positions-

1) Area Sales Manager - North Zone (Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir etc.)

Salary Package: 27000/- NTH P.M. + Other benefits as per Rules

Should have handled 20 Cr. Turnover. 20 days traveling whole assigned territory.

Experience 7-15 Yrs.


Traveling: 20-25 Days in a month (open to travel anywhere in north region)

Roles & Responsibilities-

-Responsible for sales and marketing activities in assigned territory for compulsory 20 days tour in a month.

-Handling Dealer and distributor Network in assign Area/ Zone

-Responsible for selling in govt.projects and business development.

-Planning & Achieving Revenue Targets.

-Responsible for handling sales team.

-handling team of 5 to 10 peoples.

-Should Have Done Business/ Have Strong Relationships with a) Government Sector b) Health Department c) Different Agriculture Boards ( Rubber Board/Sugarcane Board, etc) d) Pesticide Company e) Seed Companies

-Succession Planning-Ensure Development of Team Members who can grow into the next level

-Making & Analyzing MIS Reports & keeping Management Updated of the same

-Training & Development of Team members to make them achieve their targets.
