Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Handling present and Identification of new distributor, wholesaler and direct
dealer in the region for communication and sales lead generation.
Distribution Network expansion (Existing & Gaps).
Maintaining equilibrium between primary sales Vs secondary sales.
Schemes Management- Primary/ Secondary & GM Quantity & Value Targets- Brand wise
Understanding of Pricing & Discount Structure, Product Quality/ USP. Understanding of Payment
Terms (Credit / Cash) and Security of Funds.
Conducting BTL Activities (In shop/ Wall / Shutter Painting/ FLEX/ GSB/ Dealer Certificate/ POP
Displays/ Cutters/ Carpenter Gifts)
Dealer Meets & Dealer Plant Visits
Influencer Working ( Architects/ Interiors/ Contractor/ Carpenters/ Builders etc) for Trade Team
Go to market attitude, to achieve the sales target.
