Associate Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary:

The incumbent shall be responsible to understand and resolve exceptions in payment orders in a smooth manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand reasons for exceptions in rejected payment orders
  • Resolve queries related to exceptions by carefully examining business processes
  • Carry out research to understand reasons for exceptions and find solutions based on each case
  • Use different analytical tools to find relevant and appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with customer care and assist with technical knowledge to resolve issues
  • Follow SOPs and support with ad-hoc research wherever required
  • Prepare query/issue ageing reports and raise escalations wherever required

Skills: Essentials

  • Any graduate 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Expert level proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
  • Strong understanding of business and business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Skills: Good to have

  • Ability to use or learn financial software efficiently

Shift Timings:1.00 p.m. to 10.00 a.m. IST

Work Location:RMZ Eco World, Bengaluru (Currently – Work from Home)
