Job Description- Responsible for recruitment function which includes the searching the profiles through different sources, screening, taking initial round of interview and coordination with HOD for final round and CTC finalization.
- Coordinating with the team for joining and formalities.
- Prepare the employees Skill Matrix of the employees.
- On boarding formalities and preparing induction and introduction of new joinees.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Coordinating with HOD for prepare KRA /KPI, & Job descriptions.
- Look after that the Company HR polices are in place and draft new polices as and when required by the Management.
- Initiate and Responsible for Quarterly performance review of the employees and prepare final PLI statement.
- Planning and timely completion of annual performance reviews & Increments
- Preparing Confirmations / Promotions/ Increments letters.
- Responsible for identifying the organizations training requirements and accordingly to ensure the same has been carried out and effectiveness of the training is measured periodically.
- Coordinating and prepare for SOP as per management requirement.
- Prepare Organogram for Daily and Monthly basis. (HO & Factory)
- Coordinating with the team for BRC, Sedex and IMS audit related work.
- Responsible for Admin work like Vehicle booking, hotel booking, Train, flight ticket booking, Guest House, House Keeping etc.
- Responsible for the Contract labour registration and amendments as & when required.
- Position required to travel HO at Mumbai as and when required
- Any other work as assigned by the Management.
