  • Should possess excellent oral and writing communication skills, problem solving and Analytical skills.
  • Having good knowledge in pre-sales estimation.
  • Ability to work with customer and understand the requirement.
  • Hands on experience in DDC/BMS environment.
  • Understanding and hands on experience of preliminary and detailed Engineering to qualify, identify and quantify Building Automation specifications.
  • Having good knowledge about HVAC Systems, building controls, lighting, and electrical systems
  • Understanding the Electrical single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc..
  • The candidate should have good working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Visio, and Outlook)
  • The candidate should be able to work in the latest AutoCAD version.
  • Candidate should have experience in any or all of the open protocols like Modbus, MBus, BACnet, LON, KNX, etc..
  • Involved in Engineering and commissioning activities.
  • Other system knowledge Access control, CCTV, IT networking, shall be an added advantage.
Experience required 2-4 Years
