Roles and Responsibilities

Experience of handling BMS consisting of Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, CCTV System and PA system along with its integration, is essential.

Handling Electrical INFRA projects (preferably commercial / office space / IT Campuses) of end to end electrical work from design to completion with various parameters like Requirement Finalisation, Concept. The infrastructure like Civil, AC, BMS, Interior and IT related activities

Budget, BOQ and SOW preparation (or scrutiny of the same received from others) for capex and opex related activities.

MIS related activities for electrical and BMS functions. Various report generation and presentation to Management. Proficiency in MS word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint is a must.

Feasibility study of new concepts/ techniques/technologies. Experiments / trails for new products, services and technologies.



Desired Candidate Profile

Education: B.Tech /B.E. in Electrical, Diploma Engineering

Experience: 3-6 years experience in the field of Building Management System (BMS) Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV and PA system is essential. AC operations and maintenance experience will be desirable.

Job description:

Experience in IBMS system like BMS, FAS, PAS,IP, CCTV & Fire
Handle Commissioning, installation & AMC
HVAC automation PID logic, temperature, RH & pressure control
BACnet/Lon /Modbus protocols
Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access Control
Should know AutoCAD
should be technically and commercially competent

Willing to travel across assigned area

Hands on experience with interpreting design/construction, drawings and documents.

Managing resources such as man power, material, machinery while keeping quality and time schedules strictly in view.

Attitude and aptitude suitable to 24x 7 nature of Admin functions.
