 Creating and Designing the UAT Test Plan in line with the business requirements and

principle stakeholders.

 Delivering and executing the UAT Test Plan and associated testing.

 Co-ordinate the execution of UAT testing and test strategy described above liaising

with business stakeholders and project sponsors.

 Take responsibility for the production and approval of testing deliverables and

achievement of testing milestones during acceptance testing.

 Liaise and co-ordinate with all internal departments including the IT & Business.

 Maintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and

the most effective testing strategy utilized.

 Ensure that any risks associated with testing are clearly documented and described to

the clients/users and colleagues.

 Manage all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any

risks become unacceptable.

 Has Relevant Experience of 1-5 yrs in Capital Market (Equity, Derivatives etc.)

 Candidates with Experience in Investment Banks will only be preferred.

 Excellent communication skills- Written & Verbal.

 Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline MBA (Desirable) / CFA / FRM.

 Plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff

during test planning and throughout subsequent development and testing activities.

 Take responsibility for the proper conduct of such relationships.
