We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Goa, India. The successful candidate will primarily support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and bank reporting. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for management. A knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

· Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, highlighting key trends and variances.

· Prepare bank reporting, including weekly cash reporting and quarterly compliance certificates.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including the P&L and balance sheet.

· Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline financial reporting processes.

· Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

· Maintain and improve dashboards and reports using Alteryx and Power BI.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

· ~2 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis with a focus on FP&A and reporting.

· Strong Excel skills, with experience in building financial models and using advanced functions.

· Knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI is highly desirable.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

· Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.

· Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.

Timings - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (US Shifts)

Location - North Goa
