Position: Business Associate/Sales Officer

  • Any Degree / MBA (Marketing)
  • 03 to 05 yrs of fmcg home care sales experience
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems


Personal Attributes:
This job requires the individual to have persuasion,communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage time; must have a flair for selling; must be a team player with a positive attitude and must be open to travel.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Drive distributor/ retailer engagement and scale up efforts to increase number of participating distributors/ retailers
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers
  • Merchandising and Promotion
  • Channel Management
  • To be responsible for target v/s achievement
  • Driving Volume and Growth in the given Territory.
  • System Compliance
  • Managing/ developing his team
  • Build and maintain distributor relationships to grow regional sales
  • Ensure achievement of sales target in focus segments
  • Ensure timely settlement of distributor issues like pending schemes/ discounts/ reversal of debit note, etc.
  • Keep track on supply and take corrective actions wherever necessary
  • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
